Rock Garden

Nightingale Park
Nightingale Park is one of the most visited places in Darjeeling due to its magnetic views of the majestic Kanchenjunga. Its lush green environment fills a visitor's mind and body with peace and tranquility. It has a vibrant meadow, a musical fountain, and soothing winds. Formerly the park was known as The Shruberry when it was a private courtyard of Sir Thomas Tartans Bungalow during British reign. Along with great scenery, there's also a big statue of Lord Shiva the Hindu God there. This park is one of the best tourist attractions in Darjeeling and is a must-visit.
Batasia Loop
Batasia Loop offers beautiful views of the valley and snowy adobe of Mt Kanchendzonga. Pathway of the famous Toy Train this loop was made to reduce the elevation of the great Darjeeling Himalayan Railway. This serene garden which is full of lush greenery and is surrounded by the tracks of the Toy Train provides a 360-degree view of the valley and the mountains. It is a memorable experience to see the Toy Train descend and circle the loop whistling along its way. At the center of the loop, there's a War Memorial dedicated to the brave Gorkha soldiers who lost their lives fighting the war for freedom.
Sandakphu

The Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park or the Darjeeling Zoo is the largest high-altitude zoo in India. It contains Himalayan animals more suited to high altitudes including some endangered species that are very rarely found anywhere else. This park has a calm and peaceful ambiance and is surrounded by lush thick alpine forests. This park is full of several Himalayan animal species and a large variety of Himalayan birds.
